Professor (agrégé) of law at the Sorbonne Law School (Paris 1 University), he is the author of a thesis on the law applicable to related rights in private international law. A specialist in intellectual property law and private international law, he founded and directs the research department in immaterial property law at the Sorbonne, Paris 1 University (DREDIS, IRJS-André Tunc, EA 4150). He co-directs the professional Master 2 course on the “Art Market” at Paris 1 University and the Sorbonne IT degree course in digital law. He is also vice-president of AFPIDA, the French national group of the International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI) and a member of the Executive Committee of ALAI.
